Although many of us may know what stress is, I've noticed that besides complaining about it, we fail to resist it. Stress may sound like a minor issue that may leave on its own, but in reality, if it is not dealt with in its early stages, it can result in major effects, leading to other mental health problems such as depression and anxiety in the long run.
